Where you'll work
GeminiSoft builds websites, web apps, mobile apps and AI tools for clients across India, and runs a few products of its own. You join a small team, work on live client projects from week one, and see the result ship.

What you'll do
- Source candidates on LinkedIn, job boards and referrals
- Run first-round screening calls and record notes
- Schedule interviews and keep candidates informed at every stage
- Maintain the candidate tracker and pipeline reports
- Help write job posts and improve how our roles appear online
What we need from you
- Pursuing or recently completed any degree, with interest in recruitment
- Confident on the phone and in writing
- Organised,
and valuable at following up
- Willing to learn tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS software
Nice to have
- Earlier recruitment or HR internship
- Understanding of technical roles and skills
- Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets
- Bilingual (English plus one Indian language)
How we hire Initial screen (45 min, video) → take-home or live exercise scoped to the role (≤ 4 hours) → on-site / video panel with the team you'd join → offer within 7 days of the panel. We share feedback at every stage, whether you proceed or not.
