We are looking for motivated and target-oriented candidates for the position of Healthcare Recruiter & Business Development Executive. The selected candidates will be responsible for both doctor recruitment and hospital business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Healthcare Recruitment (Doctor Calling & Placement)

- Call doctors and inform them about our company's current job vacancies and hospital requirements.
- Explain job profiles, salary packages, hospital details and job locations.
- Identify and source suitable doctors for available positions.
- Follow up with interested doctors and coordinate interviews.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospitals until successful joining.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned doctor requirements.

2. Business Development (Hospital Calling & Tie-ups)

- Contact private hospitals, nursing homes and healthcare institutions to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify current and upcoming doctor requirements from hospitals.




- Communicate with hospital owners, HR managers and management teams.
- Introduce the company's healthcare recruitment services.
- Generate hospital vacancies and convert potential leads into business tie-ups.
- Maintain skilled relationships with existing and new hospital clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfil hospital requirements.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Good telephone communication and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and business development.
- Ability to communicate professionally with doctors and hospital management.
- Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

Work From Home Requirements
- Candidates must have their own Personal Laptop or Desktop.
- Stable Wi-Fi / High-Speed Internet Connection is mandatory.
- Must have a suitable and quiet working environment at home.
- Must be available during official working hours.
