Process: Finance & Accounting (R2R)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities.
- Perform account and bank reconciliations.
- Manage fixed assets, depreciation and amortization.
- Handle accruals and financial consolidation.
- Work on general ledger and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and SOX controls.
- Perform financial analysis and resolve reconciliation issues.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong experience in R2R and Account Reconciliations.
- Knowledge of Fixed Assets, Depreciation, Amortization and Accruals.
- Experience in Treasury, Financial Reporting and SOX.
- Valuable understanding of accounting standards.

Mandatory Requirements:

- CA / CA Inter.
- 2–8 years of relevant experience.
- Valid Passport and Convocation Certificate are mandatory.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
