Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Specialist role based in Bengaluru East.

The Real Estate

Specialist will support clients in buying, selling residential properties, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood and met. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property visits, preparing and presenting property options, negotiating terms, and coordinating documentation and closing processes. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships,



responding to inquiries, and providing ongoing market insights and investment guidance.

The Real Estate

Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth property transactions and high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property markets, particularly in Bengaluru and surrounding areas.
- Experience in Real Estate Development and understanding of local regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing property deals.
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a client-focused approach and effective communication skills.
- Ability to conduct property assessments, prepare proposals, and manage transaction documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; comfort with digital property listing platforms.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for property visits and client meetings; valid local travel arrangements.
