Role Description The Real Estate Specialist will work in office in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, supporting clients through the entire property transaction lifecycle.

Responsibilities include identifying and sourcing residential and commercial properties, conducting site visits, and presenting suitable options based on client requirements. The role involves managing client relationships, answering inquiries, and providing transparent guidance on pricing, legal documentation, and market trends.

The Real Estate

Specialist will coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams to negotiate terms, finalize deals,



and ensure smooth closing processes. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing proposals, and contributing to local market research and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, with practical understanding of residential and commercial markets.
- Experience in Sales within the real estate sector, including lead conversion, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Background in Real Estate Development or exposure to projects, with ability to interpret project plans and timelines.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a client-focused mindset and ability to manage expectations professionally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, conduct regular field visits, and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, basic MS Office tools, and digital platforms for property listings and client follow-ups.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in real estate consulting, brokerage, or property management is preferred but not mandatory.
