We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to manage our sales operations, handle incoming leads and lead a team of calling agents and sales executives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and distribute incoming leads among the sales team.
- Monitor daily calling activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Track lead status, client requirements, site visits and conversions.
- Ensure every lead is properly followed up and no potential client is missed.
- Train team members on sales techniques and client handling.
- Coordinate with clients, developers and channel partners.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Take responsibility for overall team performance and sales closures.

Requirements:





- Prior experience in real estate sales or team management preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
- Good understanding of CRM and lead management systems.
- Self-motivated, responsible and target-driven individual.

Salary & Incentives:

- Attractive fixed salary based on experience.
- Performance-based incentives on successful sales.
- Additional rewards for achieving monthly and team targets.
- Salary and incentive structure will be discussed during the interview.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the entire sales process, build a productive team and drive business growth. Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
