Learn real estate from the inside at Sudesh Kapoor Estates, a family-run brokerage working in South Mumbai's premium market (Nariman Point, Colaba, Cuffe Parade, Churchgate and Fort). You won't be one of hundreds of interns. You will work directly with the leadership, see how deals happen from the first call to the closing, and build real skills in sales, client handling and digital marketing that will help you in any career.

Role & responsibilities:

- Call property leads from portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, Square Yards), understand what they need and set up site visits
- Coordinate between clients and our brokers and follow up so deals keep moving
- Keep our lead tracker (Google Sheets / Excel) updated and organised




- Manage our Instagram and other social media pages: post listings, reply to DMs and comments
- Help post and refresh property listings on portals
- Everyday computer work: emails, documents and data entry

Preferred candidate profile
- Freshers welcome (0 to 2 years of experience); a degree is not mandatory
- Confident speaking English and Hindi on the phone
- Comfortable with a smartphone, Instagram and basic Excel / Google Sheets
- Young, curious and eager to learn; attitude matters more than experience
- Able to commute to Colaba daily
