Role Description The Real Estate Investment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for identifying and evaluating real estate investment opportunities across residential and commercial segments, conducting market and financial analysis, and preparing investment proposals. The specialist will perform detailed due diligence on properties, assess risk and return profiles, and support transaction structuring and negotiations.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners,



maintaining accurate investment documentation and reports, and presenting insights and recommendations to leadership and clients. The role also involves staying updated on local market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging investment strategies to support Brickfolio’s growth and client success.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, financial models, and risk-return scenarios.
- Hands-on experience in investments and real estate investment, including evaluating residential and commercial opportunities.
- Proficiency in due diligence activities such as legal, technical, and financial review of properties.
- Solid understanding of the real estate sector, including local market dynamics, regulatory setting, and valuation principles.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with real estate investment tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex investment concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners, with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in real estate consulting, investment banking, private equity, or property advisory is preferred.
