Role Description The Real Estate Intern role at Bookmyacre is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The intern will support the sales and real estate teams by assisting with property listings, client inquiries, site visits, and documentation.

Day-to-day tasks include maintaining property databases, preparing basic reports, coordinating with prospective buyers, and supporting customer service activities. The intern will also help research market trends, gather information on competing projects,



and assist in promotional activities for luxury and investment properties. This role offers hands-on exposure to real estate operations, client interaction, and sales processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge and interest in Real Estate and Real Property.
- Ability to support Real Estate Development activities, including market research and project documentation.
- Basic understanding of Sales processes, lead follow-up, and client engagement.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English and Hindi is an advantage.
- Comfortable working on-site in Noida, with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for data entry, reporting, and presentations.
