Role Description The Real Estate Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The associate will support clients in identifying, evaluating, and finalizing residential and commercial property options, including conducting site visits, explaining project details, and coordinating with developers and property owners. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inquiries, maintaining listings, preparing and reviewing basic lease and transaction documents,



and ensuring timely follow-up with prospects.

The role involves market research, tracking local property trends, and contributing to marketing activities such as property promotions and client outreach.

Associate will collaborate closely with senior consultants to ensure smooth transaction flows and a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust knowledge of Real Estate and Real Estate Transactions, including basic documentation and due diligence.
- Candidates should possess experience with Leases and Commercial Real Estate, particularly in an advisory or brokerage environment.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Real Estate Development concepts, local regulations, and emerging market trends.
- Relevant skills such as client relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse clients professionally.
- Comfort with on-site work, frequent property visits, and travel within Noida and nearby areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in real estate consultancy is an advantage.
