Key responsibilities

· Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, property portals and networking.

· Understand client requirements, budgets and preferences for property purchases or rentals.

· Present suitable properties and explain pricing, payment plans, amenities and other relevant details.

· Arrange and conduct property site visits and client meetings.

· Follow up consistently with prospects and build long-term client relationships.

· Negotiate and coordinate with buyers, sellers, landlords, developers and channel partners.

· Support clients from initial enquiry through booking and documentation.

· Maintain accurate CRM or Excel records of leads, interactions, site visits and conversions.

· Achieve assigned monthly sales targets while maintaining transparent and professional customer service.

Required skills and qualifications

· HSC minimum; graduates preferred.

· 1–4 years of relevant real estate sales experience is required.

· Own two-wheeler is compulsory. Candidates must hold a valid driving licence.

· Strong communication, negotiation,



customer-handling and sales-closing skills.

· Knowledge of property transactions and the local real estate market.

· Working knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, CRM software and online property portals.

· Self-motivated and target-oriented, with strong follow-up skills and willingness to attend client meetings and site visits.

Salary and benefits

Monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹30,000, depending on experience and suitability, plus performance-based sales incentives and commissions. Work-related travel expenses will be reimbursed separately from salary.

Performance measures

Qualified leads generated; customer meetings and site visits; follow-up and conversion rates; monthly bookings and revenue; sales target achievement; customer satisfaction and referrals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
