Role Description

- The Quick Commerce Specialist will work full time on-site at Yumleys’ Navi Mumbai location.

- This role focuses on managing and optimizing quick commerce platforms and online marketplaces to drive product visibility, sales, and customer engagement.

- Day-to-day responsibilities include listing and updating products, monitoring inventory and pricing, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with internal teams for promotions and campaigns.

- The specialist will also handle customer queries related to online orders,



ensure timely resolution of service issues, and maintain strong relationships with platform partners.

- Collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams is essential to support seamless order fulfillment and an excellent online customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of commerce and experience working with online marketplaces or quick commerce platforms.

- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, performance metrics, and customer behavior for decision-making.

- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external platform partners.

- Customer service skills to manage queries, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.

- Sales skills to support revenue growth through product positioning, promotions, and upselling.

- Familiarity with e-commerce tools, dashboards, and basic Excel or data analysis software.

- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred;

experience in FMCG or food brands is an advantage.
