Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the GDC quality team and ensure process and product conformance.
- Ensure effective control of GDC and heat treatment processes in line with customer and product specifications.
- Drive systematic analysis and reduction of internal and customer rejection.
- Strengthen quality planning and controls for NPD parts, ensuring robust process validation and smooth transition to mass production.
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and defect elimination initiatives.
- Monitor key quality performance indicators and coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other functions to achieve quality targets.
