- Inspection of incoming raw materials and components.
- Check materials as per drawing and specification.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspection.
- Use Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Measuring Tape, etc.
- Prepare incoming inspection reports.
- Identify and segregate rejected materials.
- Maintain IQC records and quality documents.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, and suppliers for quality issues.
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of ISO 13485 and quality inspection.
- Basic computer/Excel knowledge.
