Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Analyst for Travel Process role based in Noida.

The Quality

Analyst will monitor and evaluate customer interactions and transactions related to travel services to ensure adherence to process guidelines, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include conducting call and case audits, identifying errors and performance gaps, and providing structured feedback to team members and supervisors. The role involves analyzing quality reports, tracking trends, and recommending process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The Quality

Analyst will collaborate closely with operations, training, and management teams to support coaching initiatives, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement across the travel process.

Requirement and Compensation:

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to audit interactions, validate compliance,



and maintain service standards.
- Candidates should possess Quality Management skills to support continuous improvement, implement corrective actions, and track quality KPIs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to deliver clear feedback, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document findings.
- Experience in travel or customer service processes, including familiarity with travel industry guidelines and tools, is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced contact center environment, with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality monitoring tools; prior experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Certifications in quality management or process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, will be an added advantage.
- CTC: ₹50,000 per month, along with attractive additional benefits and perks.
