Roles and Responsibilities :

- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for high-rise residential and commercial projects.

- Conduct quantity surveying activities, including rate analysis, quantity estimation, and bar bending schedules.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate project costing.

- Develop comprehensive reports on project progress, costs, and variances.

Job Requirements :

- 7-15 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field.

- Robust knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, quantity estimation, and bar bending schedules.

- Proficiency in working on high-rise building projects such as residential apartments or commercial offices.
