Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Duck Creek Billing and/or Claims. The ideal candidate should have strong automation testing skills, experience in developing and executing automation scripts, and a good understanding of insurance domain processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Duck Creek applications.
- Perform automation testing for Duck Creek Billing and Claims modules.
- Analyse business and functional requirements and identify appropriate test scenarios.
- Execute automated test cases and validate application functionality.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, report, track, and validate defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to resolve issues.
- Participate in test planning,



test case design, execution, and reporting.
- Ensure application quality, test coverage, and adherence to testing standards.
- Support continuous improvement of automation frameworks and testing processes.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in QA Automation.
- Working experience with Duck Creek Billing and/or Claims.
- Strong understanding of automation testing concepts and frameworks.
- Experience in creating and executing automated test scripts.
- Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Valuable understanding of the insurance domain and related business workflows.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills
