Job Responsibilities

- Ensure all billing information (customer details, amounts, taxes, etc.) is correct before issuance
- Track incoming payments and ensure they are recorded properly.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address billing issues
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner throughout their shopping experience.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card payments.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards by organizing and replenishing product displays regularly.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to management promptly.
- Ensure the store workplace is clean, safe, and inviting by performing routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
