Job Role: Python Developer

Required Skills:

- Possess 5-8 years of experience in advanced python engineering role.
- Demonstrated expertise in Fast API, Django, and Flask or equivalent backend frameworks.
- Proven track record in developing high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Advanced command of OOP methodologies, design patterns, and SOLID principles.

1. Databases & Data Management:

- Sophisticated SQL proficiency, specifically within PostgreSQL environments.
- Experience managing NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
- Execution of sophisticated Redis and caching strategies.
- Refinement of query optimization and strategic indexing blueprints.
- Conceptualization of database architecture and rigorous normalization standards

1. Quality Assurance & Testing:

- Establishment of automated unit and integration tests using PyTest or unit test.
- Adherence to Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
- Application of mocking techniques and comprehensive test fixtures.
- Monitoring of code coverage and overarching quality metrics.

2. Supplementary Competencies:

- Robust analytical problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
- Effective skilled communication and technical reporting skills.




- Proficiency operating within Agile/Scrum framework dynamics.
- Capable of autonomous productivity alongside cross-functional teamwork.

Desired Skills:

- Foundational knowledge of AWS ecosystems, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
- Active participation or open-source contributions within the developer community.
- Conceptual understanding of event-driven system designs.
- Implementation of security protocols and encryption standards based on OWASP.
- Acquaintance with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
