Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the overall procurement and purchase department.

- Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans.

- Handle vendor development, evaluation, negotiations and long-term supplier relationships.

- Ensure cost optimization and timely procurement of raw materials and other requirements.

- Oversee purchase budgets, contracts, purchase orders and supplier performance.

- Coordinate with production, stores, accounts and management teams.

- Develop procurement policies and ensure process compliance.

- Lead the purchase team and monitor departmental performance.
