Essential:

Experience of working with a Real Estate Developer in Mumbai / MMR

Knowledge of materials & services required for construction of a high-rise residential building/complex

Excellent IT skills, especially MS Office & ERP proficiency

Communication and interpersonal abilities

Key responsibilities:

Handling procurement of all materials (steel, cement, concrete, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, elevators, doors,



windows, etc.) required for construction of residential/commercial buildings

Floating enquiries to vendors, making comparatives, negotiation with vendors

Preparing purchase orders, issuing purchase orders to vendors, following up with vendors for timely delivery of material and bill submission with all required documents

Checking physical stock at site, if required

Preparing MIS reports

Maintain the supplier’s quotation records

Development of new vendors & suppliers•

Develop an active process for measuring supply inventory and determining purchasing needs

Check bills against the GRN Report and ensure timely supplier payments

Stay up to date with industry trends and establish long-term purchasing arrangements with vendors

Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies
