Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, material sourcing, and inventory coordination. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in purchase/procurement and be proficient in Zoho software.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.

- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.

- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms.

- Prepare and process purchase orders as per company requirements.

- Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.

- Monitor material delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers.





- Coordinate with stores, accounts, projects, and other departments.

- Verify purchase invoices, delivery challans, and related documents.

- Maintain accurate purchase records and vendor documentation.

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.

- Use Zoho software for purchase orders, vendor management, inventory, and related records.

- Ensure purchases are made within approved budgets and company policies.
