Position Purchase Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify reliable suppliers & manufacturers.
- Request and compare quotations from vendors.
- Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up with suppliers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Accounts teams.
- Maintain purchase records and vendor database.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
Requirements:-
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Should be Excellent in Excel
- Friendly with ms office
