- Identify and source vendors and suppliers for solar project materials.

- Procure solar panels, solar inverters, batteries, cables, connectors and mounting structures.

- Handle procurement of ACDB, DCDB, MC4 connectors, earthing materials and electrical accessories.

- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.

- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) based on project requirements.

- Coordinate with the Solar Project and Engineering teams to understand material requirements.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.

- Monitor stock availability and maintain proper inventory records.

- Verify material quality, quantity and specifications before accepting deliveries.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Any Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in purchase or procurement.

- Knowledge of solar products and electrical materials is an advantage.

- Positive negotiation and vendor management skills.

- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements.

- Knowledge of GST invoices and purchase documentation.
