Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with basic knowledge of purchasing activities, vendor coordination, billing, and documentation. The candidate should be responsible for procuring materials at competitive prices and ensuring timely delivery as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day purchase activities based on company requirements.

- Collect quotations from suppliers and compare prices.

- Coordinate with vendors for material availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.

- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO).

- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Verify purchase bills, invoices, and delivery challans.

- Maintain purchase records, bills, and related documents.

- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for bill verification and payment processing.





- Monitor stock requirements and coordinate for material replenishment.

- Ensure purchases are made within the approved budget.

Required Skills &

Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of purchase and billing activities.

- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Basic understanding of GST invoices and purchase bills.

- Positive communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal departments.

- Good documentation and record-maintenance skills.

- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Experience

- 3-5 years of experience in Purchase / Billing / Procurement.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
