Job Summary:

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing procurement-related documentation, supplier payments, vendor management, purchase order processing, and coordination with plants, suppliers, transporters, and finance teams. The role ensures timely processing of invoices, payment documentation, compliance with procurement policies, and effective support of day-to-day purchasing operations

Key Responsibilities:

A) Procurement & Documentation

- Coordinate purchase-related activities for Raw Materials (RM), Premixes, and other procurement requirements. -Verify and maintain procurement documentation, including:

Material Receipt Notes (MRN)

Weighment Slips

Delivery Challans

Supplier Invoices

B) Payment Processing
- Prepare payment slips for Raw Material and Premix suppliers across West and South zones.
- Process supplier payment documentation and ensure timely submission for payment release.
- Coordinate transporter payment processing, including IOC transporter payments.
- Ensure proper verification and approval of documents before forwarding for bill passing and payment processing.





C) Vendor Management -Ensure proper documentation and compliance for new vendor onboarding.
- Manage and maintain MSME vendor records and related statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve vendor-related queries.

D) Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare procurement and payment-related reports on a periodic basis.
- Submit reports to management within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with plant teams, accounts, suppliers, and logistics partners for smooth procurement operations.
- Monitor pending payments, documentation status, and supplier follow-ups.

E) Reference Sample Management
- Maintain records and coordinate reference samples for raw materials as required.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of sample-related activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
