We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to manage procurement, vendor development and material planning at our manufacturing plant.

Location: Podalakur, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh

Experience: 5+ Years in Manufacturing Purchase

Industry: Farm Machinery / Automotive – Mandatory

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. – Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Industrial Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Purchase raw materials, components, spares, tools and consumables
- Develop and manage vendors for Castings, Forgings, Machined Parts, Sheet Metal, Plastics, Rubber, Fasteners, etc.
- Handle vendor development, audits, negotiations, cost reduction and supplier performance
- Coordinate with R&D;, Engineering, Production and Quality teams for new product development
- Manage domestic & import purchases, inventory planning and material requirements
- Monitor BOM costing, quality, delivery and vendor performance





Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Farm Machinery / Automotive, Engines, Transmission & Gearboxes
- Knowledge of Engineering Drawings, GD&T;, NPPAP, Jigs, Fixtures & Tooling
- Experience in Vendor Development & Supplier Audits
- Knowledge of ISO / TS 16949, BIS/ISI & quality standards
- Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive English communication skills and willingness to travel
