- Handle customer queries through calls, emails & chats.
- Resolve complaints and ensure positive customer experiences.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain records.
- Build professional customer relationships.

? Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Duration: 93 Days (including 6 days of training)
- Mode: Work From Home
- Working Days: Tuesday – Sunday
- Hours: 3 flexible hours/day
