About the Role

This position is suited to a qualified who is ready to move beyond routine close responsibilities and take on genuine ownership. The successful candidate will manage month-end close from start to finish for a meaningful portion of a $6 billion plus portfolio, lead CAM and lease accounting for assigned properties, and engage directly with finance leadership on reporting matters. The role offers substantial visibility, variety of work and a significant voice in how the close process is executed, without unnecessary layers of oversight.

What We’re Looking For

- 3 to 6 years of property accounting experience
- Month-end close you’ve owned, start to finish
- CAM reconciliation experience across multiple properties
- Multi-property or multi-entity experience
- Yardi preferred; MRI or AppFolio is a plus
- QuickBooks or NetSuite, and advanced Excel
- Solid working knowledge of US GAAP
- CA, B.Com or M.Com
- Someone detail oriented who’s comfortable working independently
- Experience reviewing or mentoring junior accountants is a bonus
