About the Company

Hydroflux Engineering Pvt. Ltd. provides comprehensive water and wastewater treatment solutions, including STP, ETP, WTP, RO and DM plants. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Project Supervisor to manage daily site activities and ensure smooth, safe and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Supervise and monitor daily site activities as per project schedules, drawings and instructions.
- Oversee civil, mechanical, piping, fabrication and equipment installation activities.
- Allocate and monitor daily work among technicians, fitters, welders, helpers, subcontractors and other site workers.
- Ensure proper installation of pumps, pipelines, valves, tanks, structures and other equipment.
- Read and understand basic engineering and site drawings.
- Monitor manpower deployment, material availability, tools and equipment at project sites.
- Maintain daily site progress reports, attendance records and material consumption reports.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and proper use of PPE.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors and the internal project team.
- Identify site-related issues and report technical discrepancies to the Project Manager.
- Assist in testing, trial runs, commissioning, snag rectification and project handover.





Essential Skills & Practical Knowledge:-

- Strong practical knowledge of on-site installation, fitting, piping and equipment erection activities.
- Ability to manage and guide site workers and technicians.
- Basic understanding of tools, equipment, measurements, levelling and alignment.
- Ability to understand site drawings and execute work accordingly.
- Good manpower management and site coordination skills.
- Robust problem-solving, communication and reporting abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.

Educational Qualification & Experience

- Graduation in any discipline is required.
- 57 years of relevant site supervision experience preferred.
- Candidates with practical experience in STP, ETP, WTP, RO and DM plant projects will be given preference.
- Candidates with strong hands-on site execution knowledge will be prioritised over purely theoretical experience.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates having experience in any of the following projects will be preferred:

- Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
- Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)
- Water Treatment Plant (WTP)
- Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant
- Demineralisation (DM) Plant

Candidate Requirements

- Must be comfortable working at project sites.
- Should have the ability to independently supervise daily site activities.
- Must be disciplined, responsible and proactive in handling site manpower and execution activities.
- Should be comfortable with project-related travel and site deployment.
