Saanvi Nirman, Ahmedabad is looking for a high-performance Project Sales Head/Sales Manger/Sales Executive who can take complete ownership of the project’s sales engine — from lead generation to final closure.

This is not just a Sales Head position.

This is a business ownership role.

? THE MANDATE

- Take end-to-end ownership of Project Sales & Revenue
- Build, lead, motivate and drive the entire Sales Team
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to generate quality leads and improve ROI
- Develop, activate and strengthen a powerful Channel Partner / Broker Network
- Closely monitor Telecalling, IVR, CRM & Online Lead Generation
- Improve Lead → Site Visit → Negotiation → Booking Conversion
- Personally intervene in critical negotiations & high-value closures
- Track team productivity, lead ageing, follow-ups and conversion ratios
- Identify sales gaps and remove bottlenecks immediately




- Handle customer escalations and mitigate sales-related disputes
- Create accountability across the entire project sales team
- Constantly push towards one outcome:

MAXIMUM SALES. MAXIMUM CONVERSION. MAXIMUM REVENUE. ? WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
