About the Role

As Project Manager, you will own the day-to-day execution of our corporate fit-out projects: planning, subcontractor coordination, procurement follow-through, quality, safety, cost and handover. You'll turn an approved baseline into measurable progress on site.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert the approved baseline into a detailed, executable site schedule and track the critical path
- Prepare two-week look-ahead plans by zone, covering labour, materials, drawings, access and predecessors
- Verify contractor-reported progress through physical measurement, inspection status and site records
- Coordinate multiple subcontractors working at the same time on a confined floor
- Coordinate HVAC, electrical, fire protection and ceiling trades before ceiling closure
- Check materials received at site against approved submittals and purchase orders
- Manage drawing revisions, RFIs and conflicts between drawings and site conditions
- Assess vendor claims against the PO, BOQ and specifications,



and control variations in writing
- Forecast project cost against budget using actuals, commitments, remaining quantities and risks
- Control snagging progressively through the project instead of at the end
- Plan testing, commissioning and handover for occupied corporate workplaces
- Issue daily site reports and weekly progress reports with quantities, manpower, delays, risks and actions

Requirements

- 8–12 years in project management or execution on corporate fit-outs, commercial interiors or Design & Build projects
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong schedule ownership: work breakdown, critical path and look-ahead planning
- Practical site knowledge across civil & interiors and MEP, with positive grip on quality and safety
- Cost awareness: BOQ, variations and budget forecasting
- Proficiency in MS Project and project reporting tools
