We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are executed within the agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. The role involves stakeholder management, project governance, risk management, resource planning, and coordination across cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

Define project scope, milestones, schedules, resource requirements, and delivery plans.

Manage project budgets, resource allocation, dependencies, risks, and issues.

Drive stakeholder communication, status reporting, and management reviews.





Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to ensure delivery alignment.

Establish and maintain project governance, RAID logs, action trackers, and project documentation.

Manage Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning, as applicable.

Monitor project performance against agreed KPIs, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation and recovery plans.

Manage scope changes, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.

Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, operational efficiency, and team performance.

Ensure adherence to organizational processes, compliance requirements, and delivery standards.

Required Skills

Strong project management, planning, execution, and delivery governance skills.

Experience in managing complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Robust risk, issue, dependency, budget, and resource management capabilities.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or equivalent.

Ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership capabilities
