Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage project execution from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.

- Oversee site engineering activities, including civil works, construction management, and contractor billing.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control measures, and regulatory requirements during township development projects.

- Monitor progress against schedules and budgets, identifying potential issues early on to mitigate risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-20 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (project engineering).

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects involving real estate construction.

- Robust understanding of planning & control processes; ability to develop detailed project plans and schedules.
