Role Overview:

Naarsoft Tech Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead software development projects and ensure effective Agile delivery. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder management, team coordination, sprint execution, risk management, and timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management
- Plan, manage, and deliver software projects within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Define project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Track project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare regular project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.

- Scrum Master Responsibilities
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure effective adoption of Agile/Scrum practices across project teams.
- Remove impediments and support the development team in achieving sprint goals.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog.
- Promote continuous improvement and effective team collaboration.
- Stakeholder & Team Management
- Act as the primary coordination point between clients, business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams.
- Work closely with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX teams, and other project stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely communication of project updates.




- Facilitate effective collaboration across cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Delivery & Quality
- Monitor sprint and project performance using relevant Agile metrics and dashboards.
- Ensure project deliverables meet defined requirements, quality standards, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate UAT, releases, deployments, and production activities where required.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, productivity, and team performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery roles. Strong experience managing software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools. Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, resource management, and Agile delivery practices. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams. PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, or similar certification is preferred. Experience working with AI-driven projects, digital transformation, or technology products is an added advantage.
