Why this role exists

We run several projects at once, and keeping them on track takes someone who loves organization and follow-through. You’ll work closely with our delivery leadership and engineering teams to keep projects moving, track the details and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s a hands-on role for someone early in their project management career who wants to grow into owning delivery end to end.

This isn’t a role where you just take notes in meetings. You’ll be in the middle of real projects, learning how great delivery works and taking on more ownership as you grow.

What you’ll do

- Coordinate delivery across projects. Support consulting builds, e-commerce launches and integrations from planning through release. Over time, you’ll own smaller projects end to end.
- Track every detail. Keep tabs on deliverables, deadlines and dependencies so you always know where things stand. Keep project boards and documentation clean and up to date.
- Keep communication flowing. Run stand-ups and check-ins, share clear status updates and make sure the team and clients stay aligned.
- Work with clients. Join client calls, capture requirements and action items,



and help turn vague asks into clear tasks. Learn to manage expectations and handle scope changes with guidance from senior leads.
- Support e-commerce and product delivery. Help deliver Magento and headless builds, ERP integrations (Microsoft Business Central, Navision), payments and our own product releases, including UAT and launch checklists.
- Spot risks early. Flag blockers, slipping timelines and scope creep before they become problems, and help find the way through.
- Help hold the quality bar. Make sure testing, documentation and sign-offs happen before anything reaches the client.

Requirements

- 1 to 3 years in project coordination, project management or a delivery role at a software services, consulting or e-commerce company.
- Highly organized, with a knack for keeping track of many moving parts and structuring information so anyone can find it.
- Clear, confident communication in written and spoken English.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Linear or Asana.
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Enough technical curiosity to follow engineering discussions and ask the right questions.
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms, ERP or payment integrations is a plus.
- Comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones.
