/Role & Responsibilities

- Oversee planning, output, outcome and impact of the project.
- Research and data analysis.
- Coordination with Government and other NGOs for replication of MAHAN program.
- Periodic review of program and necessary action.
- Medicine management.
- Planning and execution.
- Supervision of medical and non-medical inventory.
- Handle VHW training.
- Monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual reports and other reports for funders.
- Maintaining liaison with government at tehsil level.




- Review and training of medical supervisors.
- Guest visit and donor visit coordination.
- T.B.A. training.
- Additional works assigned by Management & Director of Institution.
- Minimum one year Bond is compulsory.
- Submission of original documents must be made at the time of joining.
