Job Title: Junior Project Manager

Experience Level: 2 to 3 years

Salary Range: ₹5 – 7 LPA

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who can independently handle day-to-day project execution. This is not a coordination-only or status-update role. You will be expected to take ownership, think proactively, ask the right questions, and ensure work moves forward—even when processes are not clearly defined.This role is ideal for someone who understands the basics of software development and testing, adapts quickly, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day execution of assigned projects from requirement clarity to delivery
- Coordinate with developers, QA, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders
- Track tasks, dependencies, and blockers; follow up until closure
- Review requirements and basic technical flows to ensure clarity before execution
- Assist in sprint planning, task breakdown, and progress tracking
- Maintain basic documentation (task notes, MoMs, timelines, requirement clarifications)
- Identify risks, gaps, and misalignments early and escalate proactively
- Help bring structure where processes are still evolving

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Basic understanding of SDLC




- Ability to understand technical discussions (frontend, backend, APIs, testing flows)
- Strong ownership mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working with minimal tools and evolving processes
- High adaptability to changing requirements

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

- Exposure to tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar
- Background in QA, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or Tech Support
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
