Role Description This is a full time, on-site Project Management Professional role based in New Delhi.

The Project Management

Professional will oversee solar and hydrogen-related projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Daily responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project milestones, preparing status reports, and addressing risks and issues proactively. The role also involves aligning stakeholder expectations, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards,



and supporting continuous improvement in project execution and service delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in renewable energy projects, preferably in solar energy, hydrogen generation, or related clean-tech industries.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar platforms).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for reporting, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical or business field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and interest in clean energy technologies.
