Human Matrix Securite is looking for an experienced Urban Services Program Head to lead a strategic, time-bound urban services assessment and improvement-planning programm.
We are seeking senior professionals with extensive experience in Urban Services, Municipal Solid Waste Management, program leadership and public-sector consulting.
? Position Details:
Designation: Urban Services Program Head
Location: NCR / Any A-Tier City
Engagement: Short-term (3–4 Months)

Key Responsibilities
Lead overall program planning, coordination and execution.
Oversee independent assessments of municipal solid waste management systems.
Drive service-gap analysis and develop city-level improvement plans.
Review waste processing facilities, fleet requirements and infrastructure gaps.
Monitor service providers, operational performance and collection routes.
Coordinate with government authorities, technical experts and multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure evidence-based reporting, quality standards and timely project delivery.
Present key findings and recommendations to senior public-sector stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
Postgraduate qualification in Engineering, Planning, Environment or Management.
Minimum 15 years of overall qualified experience.
At least 8 years of dedicated experience in Municipal Solid Waste Management.
Experience leading at least one city-level waste management assessment, plan or program covering an urban population of 10 lakh or more.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management and program delivery capabilities.
