About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Project Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience in the interior design and execution industry, preferably in non-modular interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, monitoring site progress, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth execution from start to completion.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and manage day-to-day interior project activities at various sites.
2. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion according to the project schedule.
3. Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and site workers.
4. Supervise site execution and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
5. Handle material planning, procurement coordination, and site requirements.
6. Identify and resolve on-site execution issues and coordinate with the concerned teams.
7. Maintain project documentation, progress reports,



and daily site updates.
8. Ensure quality standards and proper execution of non-modular interior works.
9. Coordinate with clients and provide regular project updates.
10. Ensure proper resource utilization and smooth communication between the design and execution teams.

Requirements

- B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in the interior project industry.
- Experience in non-modular interior projects is an advantage.
- Valuable understanding of civil works, interior execution, and site management.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines.
- Must be willing to travel to project sites whenever required.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with hands-on experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
- Experience in coordinating contractors, carpenters, electricians, painters, and other site workers.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
