Job Profile / Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end project accounting and financial control for R&D; projects in the Pharma / Manufacturing industry.
2. Candidate will be responsible for monitoring project-wise budgets, actual costs and financial performance.
3. Candidate will be responsible for conducting monthly cost reviews, variance analysis and submitting reports to stakeholders.
4. Candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly MIS reports, project-wise income and expense statements, and financial dashboards.
5. Candidate will be responsible for verifying purchase orders and work orders in the system.
6. Candidate will be responsible for identifying project cost leakages and recommending corrective actions.
7. Candidate will be responsible for reviewing inventory records and conducting periodic physical stock verification.
8. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the Business Development (BD) and Project Teams for timely project billing.

Candidate will be responsible for monitoring project-wise receivables and ensuring timely collections.
10. Candidate will be responsible for conducting periodic internal audits and submitting audit reports to stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile
1. Any M.Com / CA Inter / MBA with 45 years of experience in Project Accounting within the Pharma / Manufacturing industry.
2. Candidate should have good commercial understanding and experience in project-wise financial control.
3. Candidate should have good knowledge of budgeting, cost monitoring and variance analysis.
4. Candidate should have positive knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
5. Candidate should have working knowledge of TDS and GST.
6. Candidate should have good experience in MIS reporting, Excel and financial dashboards.
7. Candidate should have good coordination and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
