Position Summary:

The Program Manager will work with business, technology, operations and other cross-functional teams to implement and manage partner programs from initial planning through go-live and stabilisation. The role combines cross-functional program management with hands-on technical implementation, including program setup, configuration and leading integrations with clients and partners. It also involves supporting new business opportunities, improving operational processes through AI and automation, and ensuring the smooth functioning and continued improvement of existing programs.

This is a global role, offering the opportunity to work with clients and partners across India, the Middle East, Europe and the United States, gaining exposure to diverse markets, business models and program requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- New Business and Program Planning: Support Business and Account Management teams in understanding partner requirements,



defining implementation scope and preparing inputs for proposals, business cases and program plans.
- Program Implementation: Drive end-to-end program implementation, coordinating timelines, deliverables, dependencies and readiness across Legal, Finance, Product, Technology, Operations, Customer Support and Marketing.
- Technical Program Setup: Own the technical setup and configuration of new programs on Servify's platform, including program-specific parameters, business rules, workflows, product configurations and integration requirements. Work with Product and Engineering teams where development or platform changes are needed.
- Partner Integrations: Lead API integrations with clients and partners, from understanding technical requirements and API specifications to coordinating configuration, data mapping, testing, UAT, issue resolution and production rollout.
- Go-Live Readiness: Track and drive activities from program initiation through launch and initial stabilisation, identifying gaps, resolving blockers and ensuring teams are ready for go-live.
- Integration Monitoring and Issue Resolution: Monitor partner APIs and transaction flows through available dashboards, logs and monitoring tools. Identify failures, investigate issues and coordinate resolution with the relevant teams.
- Existing Program Management: Support live programs through operational follow-ups, issue resolution, performance reviews and implementation of enhancements or changes requested by partners.
- Turnkey Program Solutions: Support the implementation of turnkey solutions for larger partner programs involving multiple systems, processes, integrations, operational workflows and external stakeholders.
- AI and Process Automation:



Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to simplify recurring operational activities, improve monitoring and reporting, and reduce manual effort in managing programs.
- Stakeholder Coordination and Reporting: Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, track action items and risks, and provide regular updates on progress, issues and next steps.

Requirements :

- 2–5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Technical Implementations, Partner Integrations or a similar role.
- Experience managing cross-functional implementations involving multiple teams, stakeholders and dependencies.
- Hands-on experience in system or program configuration, with a practical understanding of business rules, workflows and technical setup requirements.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, API documentation, request/response structures, data mapping, testing and troubleshooting. Experience driving partner integrations is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical approach to identifying issues and getting them resolved.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and use AI tools and automation to improve day-to-day program operations.
- Based in Mumbai and available to work from the office five days a week.

Good to Have:

- Hands-on experience using AI tools to prototype solutions, build workflows and create automations across different applications.
- Experience with API testing and monitoring tools such as Postman, log monitoring dashboards or basic SQL.
- Experience working in a technology-led business, with external partners or on programs spanning multiple markets.
- Exposure to program launches, partner onboarding or ongoing operational support.
