For Program Manager (Institution Building, Training & Capacity Building, Social Inclusion & Social Development, Gender and FNHW)

A. Required Education Qualification -

- Post- Graduation in Rural Development/Management/women study /Public Administration/ Social Work/ Sociology preferably with 1st Division.

B. Experience Required-

- He/ She should have at least 7+ years of post-qualification of relevant work experience out of which 5 years should be of senior management level.
- Must have worked as faculty in some national level or State level training institutes of repute.
- He/ she should have worked in large organizations/project(s), of social work. Mobilization, rural development projects, projects on women/Gender issues etc.
- Preference will be given to Post Graduate Diploma in Training &Capacity; Building from reputed institutes. Certificate course in trainers training program etc. will also be considered for weightage.

C. Key Roles & Responsibilities-

- Drafting of notes, official letters and proposals based on skill set essentially desired and scope of designation under umbrella of Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission.
- Ensure mobilization & monitoring of all community institutions SHG, VO, CLF, PG, PE/FPO.
- Ensure Social inclusion, Gender, ultra-poor and FNHW by deepening initiatives.
- Ensure inclusion of vulnerable, elderly, PWDs into SHG domain.




- Facilitating convergence with other govt departments.
- Set up training calendar for staff and cadres and ensure implementation.
- Develop policies, protocols, modules, SOPs, training materials and other fresh proposals along with RFP and MoUs feasible in scope of work of rural development sector.
- Attend State/National Level workshops/ webinars/ meetings and drafting of minutes of meeting for submission to client, State Government and MoRD, Gol as and when directed by client.
- Team management at district level across Haryana.
- Support State Program Managers of other domains.
- Other assignments as per directions of client.

D. Skills Required-

- Excellent English & Hindi Communication Skills radiating well-versed with the government work setting (Drafting of notes, letters, reports, presentations).
- Practical knowledge of MS Office, E-mail. Must have knowledge of SHGs and its components, LoKOS, Ability to develop training calendars, Conducting ToTs, Liaisons skills, Understanding of Gender concept, Social Action, FNHW, POSH, Report writing skills for on-going and concluded projects, Ability to work under strict timelines.
