- 1) On Time Delivery (100% with respect to COTD)
- Daily interaction & updates to customer on productivity & shipment status
- Take part in customer calls to understand updated requirements & challenges
- Analyze demand fluctuations & alert CFT team for inventory control
- Provide forecast / demand input to planning team for weekly MRP updating
- Conduct periodic customer satisfaction survey & work for improvement
- Ensure Plan VS Actual is met for Account Receivables Target 100 %
- Ensure to meet budgeted revenue projection for financial year
