About NIYO School of Future

NIYO School of Future offers learning programs for school students through NIYO Explorer, NIYO Innovator and NIYO Fellowship. Our Program Coordinators are the link between NIYO and families.

About the Role

As a Program Coordinator, you will connect with parents and students, understand their needs, explain the right NIYO program, and guide them through registration and onboarding. This is a counselling and sales role with a monthly successful onboardings and a performance incentive on top of a fixed salary.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate parent and student prospects independently through personal networks, referrals, social media, local outreach, field activity and digital channels
- Contact prospective families and understand the student’s class, interests and needs




- Explain NIYO Explorer, NIYO Innovator and NIYO Fellowship accurately
- Guide families on program fee, learning experience and registration process
- Maintain professional and regular follow-up with interested parents and students
- Support registration and complete successful onboarding
- Update prospect, follow-up and onboarding activity in NIYO Work OS
- Attend training, team meetings and product updates

Requirements

- 0-6 months of experience in sales or counselling
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills and comfort speaking with parents and students
- Willingness to do field outreach along with work from home

Compensation and Benefits

- Fixed salary: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 gross per month
- Performance incentive from 30 successful onboardings per month, separate from fixed salary
