Key Responsibilities

- Generate parent and student prospects through personal networks, referrals, social media and local outreach.
- Connect with parents and understand students' interests, class and learning requirements.
- Explain NIYO Explorer, NIYO Innovator and NIYO Fellowship programs.
- Counsel parents about program fees, benefits and registration.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested families.
- Support registration and complete successful student onboarding.
- Update prospect and onboarding details in NIYO Work OS.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in counselling and engaging with parents.
- Interest in sales, education and student engagement.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with targets.
- Willingness to undertake field outreach along with work from home.
