Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Moraya Global’s manufacturing facility in Jalgaon. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities on the shop floor, ensuring that production schedules are met safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Supervisor coordinates workflow, allocates tasks, monitors equipment and materials, and supports continuous improvement in production processes. The role involves leading and guiding production staff, resolving operational issues, maintaining records,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Ability to effectively lead teams, demonstrating strong supervisory skills and fair, inclusive people management.
- Experience in production management, including planning, organizing, and monitoring production schedules.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide clear instructions to production staff.
- Knowledge of production planning and process optimization within a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of safety standards, quality control practices, and regulatory compliance in chemical or related industries.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to analyze production data, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Comfort working in office in a manufacturing setting and managing shift-based operations when required.
