Job Title: Production Supervisor - T-Shirt Manufacturing

Location: Matiala, Dwarka Sector 3, Delhi (Near DPS School Gate No.7)

Job Type: Full Time - 9 AM to 6 PM - 6 Days a Week

Salary: ₹10,000 - 15,000 per month + Overtime

About Us:

We are a garment manufacturer and D2C brand making T-Shirts, , Hoodies.we need a supervisor who can handle full floor.

Your Main Responsibility: PRODUCTION + QUALITY + ON-TIME DELIVERY

What You Will Handle:

1. Production Management:

- Handle complete stitching line - 15-20 machines (Overlock, Flatlock, Single Needle)
- Daily production planning - 800-1000 pcs per day target
- Cutting - Manage full process
- Manpower handling - Tailors, Karigars, Helpers, Pressman

2. Quality Control:

- Checking measurement, stitching, print placement
- No compromise on quality - Reduce defects & wastage





- Final checking before packing

3. Fabric & Stock:

- Fabric checking, cutting average, stock management
- Coordinate with Printing, Embroidery vendors

Who We Need:

- 1-5 years experience as Supervisor / Line In-charge in a T-shirt / Garment factory
- Must know all machines - Overlock, Flatlock, Single Needle, Kansai
- Can manage 15-20 tailors and get work done
- Knowledge of patterns, sizing, GSM, fabric types (Cotton, Loopknit)
- Strict but respectful with workers
- Living near Dwarka, Uttam Nagar, Najafgarh, Vikaspuri preferred

- Only T-Shirt / Garment background - Not suit / jeans factory

Perks:

- Salary 10th-15th fixed
- Overtime extra pay
