### Position: Production Planning Manager

Experience: 5–6 years in Production Planning, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.

### Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage weekly/monthly production plans and schedules.
- Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and production capacity.
- Monitor WIP, bottlenecks, machine utilization, and production targets.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, QA, Maintenance, and Dispatch.
- Maintain MIS reports and ensure accurate ERP updates.
- Optimize workflow, reduce lead time, and improve productivity.
- Lead the production planning team and monitor KPIs.
- Implement Lean practices such as 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction.

### Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Production Management or MBA in Operations.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing, capacity planning, and material flow.
- ERP experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, analytical skills, and team management.
